Getting a feel for campus
The Virtual Reality Campus Tours provided by JobConnections at SIIT have made visiting a campus easy for remote youth. Through a VR headset, youth can see in 3D all around the campuses oyateki’s partners at various locations. Youth can select what campus they want to see, and move virtually through the spaces while hearing narrative through the headset. It gives them a sense of what campus looks and feels like, while learning about spaces and services designed specifically for Indigenous students.
